1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, purchasing, or placing an order with Emar & Sons Textiles and Readymades, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Business Hours

Our regular working hours are as displayed in-store or on our official platforms. Orders and deliveries will be processed only during business hours.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to display accurate product details. However, minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to lighting or screen display differences.

4. Pricing Policy

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Taxes, duties, or other charges will be applied as applicable.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed only upon full or partial payment. Emar & Sons reserves the right to cancel or modify any order if product availability or pricing errors occur.

6. Payment Terms

We accept cash, card, UPI, and bank transfer payments. Payments once made are non-transferable and non-refundable except as stated under our Return Policy.

7. Advance and Balance Payment

For customized or bulk orders, a minimum advance may be required. Balance payment must be cleared before dispatch or delivery of goods.

8. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary. Emar & Sons is not liable for any delay caused by courier companies, transporters, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Pickup Orders

Customers must inspect goods during pickup. Once the order leaves our premises, Emar & Sons will not be responsible for damages or shortages.

10. Return and Exchange Policy

Returns or exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items reported within 3 days of purchase.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Final decision rests with the management.

11. Custom and Tailor-Made Orders

Custom stitching or made-to-order garments cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Customers must provide accurate measurements and confirm designs before production.

12. Product Care

Customers are advised to follow the washing and care instructions provided with the garments. Emar & Sons is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or handling.

13. Offers and Promotions

All offers, discounts, and promotions are subject to terms and conditions. They may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

14. Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Management reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or payment issues.

15. Ownership and Risk

Ownership of goods transfers to the customer upon full payment. Risk of loss or damage transfers once the product leaves our store or warehouse.

16. Limitation of Liability

Emar & Sons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product usage, delay, or unavailability.

17. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer information collected is used only for billing, delivery, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.

18. Communication Consent

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive communication from us through SMS, phone calls, or emails regarding your orders, offers, or updates.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All transactions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kovilpatti.

20. Amendments

Emar & Sons reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will be deemed applicable from the date of publication.
