1. Exchange Eligibility
Products are eligible for exchange only if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Exchanges will not be accepted for items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery.
2. Exchange Timeframe
Customers must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving their order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain products such as innerwear, accessories, or custom-stitched garments are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene and customization reasons.
4. Size or Color Exchange
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, please ensure the replacement variant is available. In case of unavailability, you may choose another product of equal value.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos and order details. Upon verification, we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.

7. Shipping Costs

The exchanged item must reach us in its original condition with all packaging materials. Items received in poor condition will not be accepted or processed for exchange.
9. Store Exchange Policy
Customers can also exchange items directly at our physical store by presenting the original invoice and product within the valid exchange period. Store staff will verify the product condition before processing the exchange.
